Second, they sent us coins with a misspelled word (brave) as seen in the picture. Third issue, a lot of the spinners came broken, also as seen in the picture. When I reached out to the company, they claim sending replacement coins out at a later date is rectifying of this situation. Very empathetic to the situation at hand overall. PRO TIP: AVOID UV EXPOSURE, HIGH TEMPS, and white backgrounds
The one draw back to offset printed pins is that the protective epoxy coating can yellow over time. A number of factors play into this phenomenon, but the main contributing factors are UV exposure and oxidation from high temperatures. To help mitigate against the appearance of any yellow tinting, try to avoid UV and heat exposure as well as using large white backgrounds as any color changes will be less obvious on colored portions of your print.

Yes, offset printed pins can be created in any custom shape given that it meets minimum manufacturing specs. The metal die-cut mold can be made into specific shapes to match the design requirements, and the offset printed image can be cut to match that shape.
Typically, you can expect your custom offset printed pins to be manufactured and delivered in 7-10 business days. They can be manufactured slightly faster than custom enamel pins because they are printed rather than manually painted and cured.
Offset printed pins are generally quite durable. The printed design is protected by a clear epoxy coating, which helps to resist scratches, fading, and general wear and tear.
Offset printed pins are manufactured using a metal base such as iron or a zinc alloy. The design is printed on a high-quality paper substrate, heat transferred onto the pin and then finished with a protective epoxy coating.
